I remember that on our planned arrival into Germany I was connected by our Corporate HR to Fr. Edith Baur from Puente-Relocations.
Edith had systematically worked out in advance the house visit plan over 3 days and helped me see a lot of properties till I was satisfied. This was important as I gave her my requirements and we saw properties that were according to what I had requested, during one of my pre-visits to Germany. She accompanied me for all the house visits, driving from Aalen to Ulm everyday and helped clarify doubts and communicate with the owners as required. Thereafter she helped to even scrutinise the rental contract paperwork which being in German was important, considering the fine print. She helped the family source the critical health cards on priority and also supported for the visits to the Rathaus to complete the foreigners registration and and gave leads on auto shops, vicinity super markets etc. All I can say is that constant support that I got with Edith helped us to easily move into a nice home in Ulm where we continue to stay over the last 3 years.
